How to Request a Return
- Within 24 hours: request change-of-mind return or change design.
- Within 24 hours: report shipping damage (3 photos or 1 video).
- Within 48 hours: report missing parts / wrong item / visible defect (3 photos or 1 video).
Include order number, detailed reason, and packaging condition.

Inspect during delivery. You may reject immediately for visible damage or discrepancy. (Half refund applies when accepted.)

- On-demand/custom products are not eligible.
All Custom Products that have been confirmed and require a deposit are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
